We also take pride in offering a unique range of non-alcoholic drinks: house-made kefir, kombucha, kvass, and herbal infusions. Each one crafted to complement your meal and offer a refreshing, flavourful experience.

Since 2023, we have been serving a 6-course plant-based menu, with seasonal vegetable dishes that surprise us every time.
With modern cooking techniques, such as fermentation and infusions, we create dishes that open up new taste dimensions.
Here we combine craftsmanship with innovation, where plant-based products play the leading role and taste always comes first.

We’re proud to be recognised by We’re Smart World with the highest distinction: 5 radishes.
This award celebrates restaurants whose menus are at least two-thirds plant-based, and also considers creativity, sustainability, and social impact.
In 2025, we ranked among the world’s top 100 vegetable-focused restaurants and placed 95th in the international We’re Smart Green Guide.
